Alex is cooking something on the stove when she turns to the right, knocking a small coffee press off the counter with her elbow. The press falls to the floor and shatters as Alex drops to her knees and cries amusingly.
Alex: Noooooo!!!
Yesterday
Alex is prodding her laptop, looking worried.
Alex: Lappy? ...lappy?
The laptop begins to boot up, but the screen immediately goes blank again. Alex holds up the laptop.
Alex: Why do all my small, cute things keep dying?!!
