I almost used Fred Penner’s Place (kind of a Canadian, outdoorsy Mr. Rogers), but I feel like less people grew up with Fred Penner as a children’s musical staple like I did.

I saw Fred Penner in concert with my mom when I was a kid, and when I discovered his website a couple years ago, I immediately reverted to 5 years old when I listened to his clips.  I sent him an email thanking him for the memories and he actually wrote back to me!  It was really sweet.  ^_^
